On this podcast, I am joined by Lauren Kline, a speech-language pathologist and private practice owner in Colorado. Lauren specializes in dyslexia and is certified in the Orton-Gillingham approach, which is a program to teach literacy to individuals with dyslexia. In February 2020, Lauren went from service provider to being a parent of a child with a brain condition. This diagnosis and experience, during COVID nonetheless, has provided her with unique insight into what it’s like to navigate therapy services as a parent of a child with developmental delays.
