120: The Whole Picture: Using A Holistic Approach to Treat CAS

On this Podcourse episode, I am joined by Dr. Iuzzini-Seigel, a professor and Director of the Communication, Movement, and Learning Lab at Marquette University where she aims to identify factors that contribute to disorder onset and resolution for children with communication disorders. Her research centers on speech development and its disorder with specific focus on Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Currently, she is interested in a multilevel approach to determine the relation among procedural learning and speech, language, and motor deficits in children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
